If you could turn off the longing for tobacco, would it be easier for you to quit?
Missionaries
from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have been teaching
these 15 steps to help thousands of people quit smoking (or using any form of tobacco) since 1983. This is a free public service offerd to anyone who wants to quit regardless of religious affiliation. There is no obligation of any
kind. The missionaries who teach this lesson will most likely ask you
if you would like to learn about the beliefs of members of The Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (afterall, they are missionaries
and that is what they do). However, you do not need to have an interest
in the Church to receive this free service. If
you want to quit smoking but you are frustrated and just cannot make
the longing for a cigarette go away, please give this a try. It has
worked for thousands of people. It will work for you. Please send us your name, address, and phone number. We will find the missionaries or church members nearest to you, and they will contact you by phone as soon as possible. Because this is a non-commercial endeavor that is provided as a community service by volunteers, the lesson is usually taught in the home of one of our church members.
